Orders
Where is my order?
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse in Perth, WA, you’ll receive an email with your tracking info. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking scans to start showing.
You can track your order via the link in your shipping confirmation email. If you’re worried your order has taken a detour, email us at orders@bushdoggear.com.au.
Why didn’t I get an order or shipping confirmation?
It might have wandered into your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll resend it — orders@bushdoggear.com.au.
I have an issue with my order, what should I do?
We’re here to sort it out. Send us the details at orders@bushdoggear.com.au and we’ll get it fixed.
I forgot to use my discount code — can I add it now?
Sorry, we can’t apply a discount code after an order is placed.
Can I change my address?
Double-check your details before ordering! If you realise your address is wrong, contact us immediately at orders@bushdoggear.com.au before your order ships. Once it’s dispatched, you’ll need to contact Australia Post to arrange a change.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
We don’t cancel or refund orders once they’re placed. If you need to make a change, email us ASAP — orders@bushdoggear.com.au — and we’ll do our best before it’s sent.
Where are orders shipped from?
All orders ship from our Perth, WA warehouse.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order at www.auspost.com.au using your tracking number.
Do I have to pay customs fees for international orders?
We currently do not ship internationally.
Returns
How do I organise a return or exchange within Australia?
Easy! Have your order number and postcode ready, then email us at support@bushdoggear.com.au.
I had an error with my return label — what now?
Check your address matches your suburb/postcode and add any parcel locker details in ‘Address Line 2’. If it still doesn’t work, email support@bushdoggear.com.au.
When will my return be processed?
Returns are processed within 2–4 business days after we receive them.
What’s your return window?
We offer a 30-day return period for unused items in original packaging with tags.
What items can’t be returned?
Final sale items, personalised gear, and anything that’s been used or damaged can’t be returned.
Sizing
Where is my order?
We always recommend measuring your dog for the best fit and checking it against our Size Guide.
- Measure around where their collar normally sits.
- Measure the widest part behind the front legs.
Fur type, chest shape, and build can affect fit, so reach out if you’re unsure — send a photo to support@bushdoggear.com.au.
Which harness style is right for my dog?
Adventure Harness: Best for strong pullers and active dogs. Features front/back D-rings, a training handle, and a longer chest plate for deep-chested breeds. Step-in style (no over-the-head).
Adjustable Harness: Great for small to medium breeds, puppies, or everyday walks. Padded with quick-dry neoprene and mesh lining.
Product Care
How do I clean my Bushdog Gear?
- Collars, Harnesses, Leads, Poop Bag Holders: Cold machine wash in a delicates bag, or hand wash. Air dry out of direct sunlight.
- Bandanas: Spot clean only. Cotton bandanas can be ironed, polyester can’t.
- Car Seat Covers: Hose down and scrub with mild detergent, then air dry. Not machine washable.
